  • They have established Nevada connections to enable investors to visit available commercial or warehouse sites, recruit qualified employees, and fast-track their projects.

  • The demand for skilled labor in Nevada is answered by many customized training programs designed for the needs of the states leading industries, such as the Train Employees Now program which provides an industry-specific employer with skilled labor in less time and at lower costs; and On-The-Job Training programs, which support the employers desire to train their team in the work environment, and provides subsidies for employee pay during training.

The Industrial Development Revenue Bond (IDRB) are a special tax-exempt form of financing made available by the State of Nevada to finance qualified projects at interest rates substantially below comparable commercial rates. Bonds offer flexible terms at variable and fixed interest rates. All borrowers must be credit worthy and present financially feasible business plans. The Industrial Development Bond Program offers financing for the following:

  • Manufacturing Facilities
  • Solid Waste or Recycling Facilities
  • Non-Profit facilities for Health Care, Assisted Living, Educational, Civic or Cultural activities owned and operated by qualified non-profit organizations
  • Renewable Energy Projects

  • RENEWABLE & ENERGY STORAGE ABATEMENTS: Companies involved in the production of energy from renewable sources such as wind, solar, and others, or a facility for the production of an energy storage device may apply for a customized package of incentives.
  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY TAX: For companies furthering the development and refinement of intellectual property, patents or copyrights into a commercial product, a partial abatement of sales tax, modified business tax and personal property tax is available.
  • PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT for RECYCLING: Real and personal property tax abatement is available to qualified recycling businesses. At least 50 percent of the material or product must be recycled on site. Fifty percent of real and personal property tax can be abated for up to ten consecutive years.
