Information and Communication Technologies

  • The Avanza Plan includes measures for the development and evolution of ICT in SMEs; measures to encourage the access and use of new technologies by citizens and SMEs; initiatives to foster the development of Digital Public Services and the deployment of Infrastructures; and all those actions to ensure the required confidence, security and accessibility of these technologies.

Renewable Energies

  • In order to achieve renewable energy objectives, a feed-in tariff system for the different renewable technologies has been published.

Biotechnology

  • Subsidies and public credit for research, development, and innovation (R&D+i) in Biotechnology.

Different administrations finance costs of research personnel not assigned to specific projects.
