Four Special Economic Zones (SEZ) offer:

  1. 80% rebate on corporate income tax

  •  Corporate income tax rebates for large-scale investment projects (minimum EUR ~4.27 million over five years)
  • Local governments may grant rebates of 25-90% on local real estate taxes.
